It’s Just What You Might Need


Helping others has many benefits. For instance, not only does it make you feel good about yourself, but it makes the one your helping feel good too. Remember a those times when you felt you needed help but were too afraid to ask. Just reach out to somebody help them lighten their load. Sometimes all we need is someone to be strong for us and give us a break every once in a while.

What I Don’t Want to Hear

I hate it when people tell me this when I’m struggling to keep my head above water, when I’m hanging off a cliff, or the rope is unraveling at an unprecedented speed and I’m hanging on by the last strand. Thing is- shit can get worse- and it has. But it doesn’t get better unless you take a risk.
